Full refunds are available for cancellation requests received within 3 days of registration. After this date, there are no refunds but you may send a colleague in your place provided you notify IIMTC, Inc by email at least 2 weeks in advance. The IIMTC office shall be notified of cancellations in writing. Please note that any refunds will be made after the conference is completed. The original registrant must submit a written authorization for such a change.
If you are a hosted VIP buyer or Hosted Buyer and do not attend the event you must notify us at least 30 days in advance or there will be a “no show” charge $250.
